This flavour is very similar to Traditional Welshcakes but with a twist of zesty lemon.
All ready to eat Blasus Welshcakes are made by hand........hand rolled, cut and cooked on a griddle. Generously sprinkled with sugar and carefully packed in recyclable packaging. Made in small batches using welsh butter, eggs and milk
INGREDIENTS:
Flour (WHEATFLOUR, Calcium carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Sodium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphate), Salted Butter (MILK, salt (1.5%)), Sultanas (14%) (Sultanas, Vegetable oil, SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Sugar, EGG, Lemons (8%).
